QUALITY AUDIT. We believe in adhering to all quality standards to meet the customer’s actual requirement and to satisfy the final end users needs. Hence our team makes sure to maintain the highest quality standard from the point of manufacture of all raw materials involved in a garment, so that all the raw materials are in order ready for the garment production. There after during the course of manufacturing garments, we follow certain procedures from the initial stages itself where we get full control of garment manufacturing and take timely steps to control Quality issues, Productivity and produce results satisfying the needs of a factory and the customer. Identify the troubles during the Initial stages of garment production and take timely action and measures to eradicate problems and construct a quality garment.  Follow AQL Standards• 6.5 For appraising Minor Visual defects and Major Measurement defects. • 4.0 Or 2.5 for appraising Major Visual Defects. • For appraising CRITICAL DEFECT: Critical Defect is defined anything potentially harmful to the product user. A critical defect can be, but is not limited to sharp points/ edges, broken needles, loose components or other foreign items which are potentially harmful. In Process
Inspection It is to Check, beginning with knitting and weaving then to raw materials, marker layout, spreading, cutting, sewing, wet processing, screen printing and other embellishments. Measurement
Audit is followed as per AQL standards.Mmt will be taken on products, selecting samples at random, after wash, after press, and some times before packing. Major Mmt defects will be judged suing an AQL 6.5. A product with more than one major defect is counted as major defect. Put a circle around minor defects and triangle around major defects. The assessment will be performed on 10% if the number of boxes that are audited by the vendor. For example if there are 500 boxes the factory has to inspect 40 boxes, and our QA will inspect (10% of 40 Boxes). This is a ZERO Tolerance in this assessment. Shipment
InspectionIt is to determine the quality of an order by its visual appearance, measurement to specifications and packing execution, and will be performed before the finished product is shipped. Safety
